Mark has lived in Sele for more than a decade and has involved himself in activism around local developments, particularly the Thieves Lane housing project at Blakemore Manor. 

 

His background is in making films with communities to bring local issues to the attention of decision-makers and planners, and directly influence the design of public amenities and facilities. He’s keen to use his experience to improve engagement with the council for Sele residents, to ensure the diverse voices of our vibrant community are genuinely taken into account.
